JD Larrosa was raised in the United States and later returned to Brazil, giving him direct experience with the language, culture and customer expectations of both countries.

Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish, JD created BR Outsourcing to help small-business owners provide professional customer communication without carrying the full cost of another local employee.

His professional experience includes customer operations, client communication, CRM management, sales support, email marketing, procurement and coordination between customers, suppliers and internal teams.

I know how difficult it is for small-business owners to perform the work, respond to every inquiry, organize schedules and follow up with potential customers at the same time. BR Outsourcing was created to take that operational pressure off the owner while giving customers the professional attention they expect.
